Eligibility

Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on c6667, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of their Account.

  Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. c6667 enforces this requirement strictly through KYC documentation review. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

  Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your local laws permit participation. c6667 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

  Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. If c6667 detects duplicate Accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be suspended and all associated Balances, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited without further notice.

  Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes. c6667 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any Account information at any time.

Financial Transactions

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on c6667 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern the processing of deposits and withdrawal requests made through your Account.

  Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction for all supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. c6667 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with notice published on the Platform.

  Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within one to three business hours. c6667 does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported method.

  KYC Prior to Withdrawal: c6667 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Players who have not completed KYC may experience withdrawal processing delays until verification is successfully completed. This requirement exists to protect both the Player and the integrity of the Platform.

  Suspected Fraudulent Transactions: c6667 reserves the right to suspend the processing of any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, c6667 may request additional documentation and may place a hold on the relevant Account Balance pending investigation. Funds confirmed to be derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Fair Play Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on c6667. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in further legal action where applicable.

  Cheating and Fraud: Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or mechanical or electronic device designed to give an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or reverse-engineer Platform software is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent Account closure.

  Collusion: Coordinating with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game is prohibited. This includes chip dumping in poker, soft-playing in live dealer games, and any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.

  Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited. c6667 applies transaction monitoring and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable obligations.

  Exploitation of Errors: If a technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error results in an apparent advantage or incorrect odds or payout, you must not exploit that error and must notify c6667 support immediately. Any winnings derived from a known technical error will be voided, and c6667 reserves the right to recover any funds paid out in error.

  Underage Use: Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account, or registering an Account on behalf of an underage individual, is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c6667, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if c6667 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

c6667 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. c6667 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of Platform downtime, game malfunctions, or delays in payment processing caused by events beyond c6667's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or acts of God.

Legal Framework

Amendments, Severability, and Governing Law

c6667 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, c6667 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notification to the registered mobile number or email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while preserving its original intent to the greatest degree possible.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which c6667 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits c6667's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
